- Event titles - Names you give to your scheduling polls
- Date and time options - The time slots you propose
- Time zone - Your local time zone for accurate scheduling
- Votes - Your availability responses (Yes, Maybe, No)
Automatically Collected
- Browser time zone - Auto-detected for convenience
- Basic analytics - Page views and feature usage (anonymous)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for:
- Providing the scheduling service you requested
- Authenticating your account
- Sending event-related notifications (if enabled)
- Improving our service based on usage patterns
We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use it for advertising. We do NOT share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely with the following protections:
- Encryption - Personal information (emails, names) is encrypted at rest
- Row-Level Security - Database policies ensure you can only access your own data
- Audit Logging - All data access is logged for security monitoring
- HTTPS - All data in transit is encrypted
5. Data Retention
- Active events - Kept until finalized, then for 1 year
- Abandoned events - Auto-deleted after 90 days of inactivity
- Account data - Kept until you request deletion
- Audit logs - Retained for 90 days
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate FindMeetingTime:
- Supabase - Database and authentication (hosted in the EU/US)
- Google OAuth - Optional sign-in method
- Aminos - AI-powered support chat
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of all your data
- Correction - Update inaccurate information
- Deletion - Request complete removal of your account and data
- Export - Download your data in a portable format

- Name (as you enter it)
- Email (optional)
- Votes
This data is associated with the specific event and subject to the same retention policies. Guest data is auto-deleted after 180 days.
10. Children's Privacy
FindMeetingTime is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
